About Emily

A mother of five walking the same road alongside you.

I’m Emily — wife, homeschooling mama to five, and the heart behind Wellbeing Motherhood. This is a quiet corner of the internet where faith, family, and healthy rhythms meet real life.

My Story

How Wellbeing Motherhood began.

When I became a mother, I thought a peaceful family required perfect discipline, a spotless home, and endless energy. Five children later, I’ve learned something gentler and much truer: a healthy home is built through small, consistent choices, not flawless days.

My early postpartum seasons were tender. Some were sweet, some were hard, and some left me quietly overwhelmed. Slowly, with Scripture, a supportive husband, and the wisdom of women who had walked before me, I began building simple rhythms that cared for me as much as they cared for my family.

Along the way I fell in love with low-tox living, homeschooling, real food, and the kind of daily habits that quietly transform a home over months and years. Not perfectly. Not all at once. Just faithfully.

I created Wellbeing Motherhood because I wished someone had handed me a warm, practical roadmap in those early years — one rooted in faith, honest about the mess, and hopeful about what God can do through ordinary mothers.

“Progress over perfection” isn’t just a tagline. It’s how I live, homeschool, love my husband, and raise our children.

If you’re a mother longing for a calmer home, a stronger marriage, healthier rhythms, and children who grow up capable and rooted — I’d love to walk with you. You are not behind. You are not alone. And you don’t need to do this perfectly to do it well.
